On the day of the incident, the female passer-by passed through Mong Kok. An unknown woman came forward and asked what she was doing and wanted to take away her mobile phone but did not succeed. During the first defendant, Huangzilong(male, 31 years old) appeared and caught her hands and feet, forcing her to be a "plainclothes police officer."
The female victim continued to call for help and struggle. At the same time, Huang Zilong suspected touching the female victim's chest and his lower body was also close to his buttocks for some time.
A few minutes later, the defendant Wuruizhe(male, 23 years old) and the third defendant Suweishan(female, 24 years old) appeared and joined, catching her hand and not letting her leave. Finally, the female victim struggled to leave the scene.
The female victim had multiple bruises on the forehead, hands, feet and forearms, and it was later proved that she was not a police officer. Three defendants were released on bail in mid-July.
On August 20, the case was referred to the Kowloon City Magistracy in Hong Kong. All three defendants were heard in court. The prosecution filed an injunction application, which will prohibit the disclosure of the complainant's information from October.
