Whether you like it or not, being part of this new community puts you in a very small minority of the world's population. With the potential of technology to fundamentally change the world, whether you like it or not, you have been drafted into a leadership role. The importance of leadership cannot be overstated, and much like battlefield leadership, I see Bitcoin leadership as a responsibility and a moral obligation.
The U.S. military has a beautiful definition of leadership in their FM (Field Manual) 6-22. In essence, it says that leaders are those who provide purpose, direction, motivation and vision who work under them. I think Bitcoin-famous Canadian psychologist Jordan Peterson would agree that everyone is already looking for motives. All you have to do is look for the direction and inspiration parts of the puzzle. Get this right and you can change someone's life. Make it wrong and they may be barred from Bitcoin forever.
