Bible study: In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began

The Bible explains that God promises us eternal life since before the beginning of the world. This is so because we cannot apply temporal concepts to God, time is only for finite creatures, God exists from an eternal present. We can understand this from a teaching from the first letter to Timothy: "Who alone is immortal and who lives in unapproachable light, whom no one has seen or can see. To him be honor and might forever. Amen.", 1 Timothy 6:16
Eternity is the simultaneous possession of all time: past, present and future; eternity is a quality of God, only God is eternal, that is why God promises us, that is, predestines us, to eternal life from the beginning of time.
The letter to Titus teaches to us: "In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promise before the world began", Titus 1:2

Tomas Aquinas explains that God promises to the saints equality with the angels, the eternal life is the spiritual gift that introduces us into the life of the angels, angels were created by God first for the contemplation of the truth, then to help the man in the plan of salvation.
This predestination is called that, because it comes from providence, it is not a destination, it is a predestination, a promise of God who cannot lie. Hope as theological virtue is defined as "the security to inherit the eternal life", the eternal life the contemplative activity, the meditation focused in the divine attributes of God, in other words the worshipping of the wisdom:
"You worship what you do not know; we worship what we know, for salvation is from the Jews. But the hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship him. God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.", John 4:22-24.
Eternal life and the vision of God are the greatest mysteries of the Kingdom of God.
