When you see the heart monitor, and you see the irregular lines, then you will understand that there is still life in that person but the moment the lines go flat and straight, you can be sure the life in that person is gone. The irregular lines which shows life is for you to know that life is full of ups and downs.
We need to know that with the ups and downs, there is hope for us. We should not throw in the towel or raise the white flag so early. We should never conclude on ourselves when clearly we still have breath in our nostrils.
When you have life trying to turn you down, when you notice you are faced with some difficulties, never forget that it is a clear sign that you are living for something. There is indeed hope for a tree that has been cut down because, at the scent of water, it will sprout again.
We need to encourage ourselves from within. We need to understand that life will try to pull us under but we need to learn how to stay on top of the situation. When a defining moment comes, define the moment or else the moment will define you. As long as you are still breathing, there is hope for you.
Learn to dream. Learn to dare the impossible. Learn to live for something. The moment you wake up and there is still that breath in you, which is another opportunity that life has given you to try again. Don’t give up because there is hope. There is light at the end of the tunnel and it is not from the onrushing train. You have dreams in your heart but you can only birth them when you take that step.
Nobody said it would be easy, but I can guarantee you that it would be worth it. Life is like that; a bit of up and a bit of down. We all experience it but we want more of the good parts than the bad, of course, but we all go through rough patches. There is hope, so learn to dream again.

The above extract was superb brother, the mental picture you painted was right. Life is quite full of ups and downs. It's never stable for one. Just like you have started unless someone is dead, one's activities I'm life will never be stable rather it will fluctuate.
When there is life there is hope, as long as eyes can see, nose can breathe then there is always a way out of any situation, it might take time but hope never lost.
