Stop trusting a entire group and all people of a single sector. Just because most of the doctors and engineers are good doesn't mean all of them are good or people in other sectors are. Stop trusting nationalists or communists or religious radicals , that whatever they are doing is right. Are you sure this is what needs to be done? Did you gather information ? Did you try to make decition after knowing full truth behind a incident ? Did you educate yourself? #Nepotism lies in everyone of us and we are liable to carry that burden. When we give something to someone less qualified just because we know them or for any selfish reasons , that's nepotism right there.
