We spent our accommodation in the historic Sokos Hotel Viru on our visit this weekend in Tallinn City. Here are views of the city from the 22th floor. The hotel is only a stone's throw away from the old city, Christmas market, and the fine medieval restaurants in Tallinn city. A very convenient and central location. The hotel has a direct link to most imaginable shopping activities, there are several restaurants, bars, and cafes. Sokos Hotel Viru accommodate over a thousand guests and have the least an interesting story from the Soviet era with the notorious KGB museum on the 23rd floor.
