My lawyer said we need proof that we are working on the problem when we meet the ECB board. So I went to the architect - one I picked out in Queens. The other one that the plumber recommended, was constantly delaying. I was worrying, I may not have a receipt to show the board. The architect I met, agreed to do it for $2500. He is drawing the plan and expedite the approval and the job site permits. He gave me the proposal to show to the court. The surveyor came Friday to draw up the gas meter location. The plumber came to look at it. He said he give a contract work paper to the lawyer. He also has the number to the architect.
Now I'm just waiting for the ECB board meeting on March 9 at 8:30. I'll contact the Lawyer Monday to confirm the court date and if I should come with him.
