Introduction:- Here we gonna talk about the steps which are mandatory to start/stop a habit. I will discuss the psychological process towards a habit well as the written solution. So, whosoever wants to build a habit or to get rid of a habit; they should read this article. So, the steps are-
- Reason :- There must be a reason with you to start a new habit as well as to stop a bad habit. Except any reason, you will not be able to do this. So, try to find out a reason at first. Then think about the importance of that reason. It is the first step that will lead you to your destination.
- Determination :- After choosing a reason, you should determine yourself to do at any cost. Because it is necessary to give a start to your new habit as well as to give stop direction to your bad habit.” A very well determination can break the mountain”, so you shouldn’t forget this. So, find a reason, give your determination to your habit.
- Will Power & Action :- Now you need a strong will power to grow up your new habit. On the other hand, you also need strong will power to destroy your bad habits, to collapse those unimportant habits. Once you determined, you must have will power & proper action to build your good habits. Except action, you will not be able to do this. Because, these are integrally related to each-other.
- The Science Theory :- Science thinks that these steps are not sufficient to build up a new habit or to dismiss a unworthy habit. According to science, continuous action is the key. Many of scientist say that when we do a thing regularly for 21 days, then it becomes a habit for us. So, here is the main key that do your habit throughout 21 days and you will achieve this habit.
