Many people think that being healthy is a difficult task , involving months of dieting accompanied by hours at the gym However , this is not actually true . By controlling your daily activities , anyone can remain healthy . It's not as hard as you might think ... !

. Drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water each day. More
. Eat a healthy breakfast and small, nutritious meals throughout the day
. Include lean protein, vegetables, fruit, low-fat dairy, and whole grains in your diet
. Exercise for at least 20 to 30 minutes five days a week
. Get enough sleep as is recommended for your age
