I bought my kefier grains 2 months ago on Ebay. There are water kefir grains but the kind that I have is the milk kefier grains. I started off with one tablespoon but now I have a half a cup. It makes one cup and a half of kefier per 24 hours. To buffer the sour taste I mix apple sauce in it.
