āœ…Sauce: prepare minced garlic + 2 spoons of light soy sauce + 1 spoon of oyster sauce + half a spoon of sugar + half a spoon of starch + half a bowl of water, mix well and set aside
1ļøāƒ£Cut tofu into pieces
