How to cook yang chow rice
Ingredients:
45 grams of margarine
1 tablespoon minced garlic
¼ cup chop of onions
¼ cup chop of carrots
½ cup Chinese style luncheon meat chopped
¼ cup shrimps chop
¼ cup green peas
3 cup cooked rice
1 egg slightly beaten
2 tablespoon spring onions
Salt to taste
¼ sesame oil
Procedure:
Melt margarine in a pan, sauté garlic and onions, add carrots and cook for 30 seconds, Stirring constantly over high heat. Add luncheon meat and shrimps. Mix well and cook until shrimps turn to pink. Add peas and rice , toss cook for about 3 minutes stirring constantly. Add egg and spring onions. Season with salt if desired. Turn of the heat then pour in sesame oil. Serve warm.
