So here it is how I lost 13 kilo and having fun doing this.
I never was thinking I will be writing this, however I am the living example that you can do it if you only start doing the 'right thing'. What you are eating is just crucial. So by mastering this part of your life you are going to be on the healthy path.

The feeling of not forcing yourself into trousers or dresses is priceless. I love this feeling of looking slimmer, feeling lighter and the most importantly being healthier.
