Basic to Semantic HTML: How to Structure Web Pages (Html simple document) 4

Now I am going to create a basic HTML page and you can use any editor you want like notepad, notepad++ . I am using here Sublime Text,. The procedure in every editor to create a html page is same. So I am going to create it.
