Human resources planning is one of the most implements in a successful HRM programme. HRI must be prepared for the workers and skills already available within Organization and a comprehensive job analysis. The human resources inventory provide crucial information for identifying current or future threats to the organization ability to perform. it includes all list of names, education, training, prior employment, current position. Performance rating, salary level, language, spoken, capabilities and the specialized skilled target is needed for job analysis.
