Today was the day I finally made progress toward my goal of learning to hunt. Self sufficiency is so important and being able to acquire meat for my family through effort is so important in this season of uncertainty.
I have close friends and family who are being laid off, am I next?
If so I mean to have means provide, and heaven forbid it be necessary but to protect also.

Can be ideal for self defense I suppose, as well as hunting. My kids took up some archery at Boorman's in New Westminster and never got deeply intrested in it. I other the other hand took up Iaido kenjutsu.

For sure. Prepping gets labeled as panicking, as if we fear terribly and so panic into hoarding or other such things. In truth its just being thoughtful and planning, not out of fear but out of confidence that I can improve my situation with thoughtful planning.
