A Village in Pakistan with age of almost 120 years. This village protects the dry fruit....

the dry fruits protect from tumor since 1890s. making oil from seeds.
this is the Hunza community of Pakistan.. the community consists of 88000 people living in the north mountains of Pakistan.
Some rare cases the people of this community live upto the age of 160 with no health problems.

their diet consists of the food they produce raw fruits, dried apricots, nuts, vegetables, milk & eggs etc..
there are a lot of vitamin B-17 in apricot seeds.Vitamins in apricot seeds have the properties of anti-cancer & this village use the seeds to make oil.

they walk 15 to 20 kilometers in a day.. the meat consumption is not common among them.
from a period of four to five months they consume nothing. they drink juice from dried apricots. The People of this village also follow the religious tradition..
