Guess the BIRD?

"Year of the Bird"
From a distance a toucan in flight looks like a crow
pushing a banana. Its body is plain black, but it has
an outrageously elongated yellow bill. You have to
get close to appreciate the facial design that matches
the bill. A blue eye ring of bare skin is surrounded by
a bare orange patch and that is framed by delicate
black and white feathers. It is one of the most
outrageous designs nature has forged over time in
the American tropics.
