The HyperVerse refund program commenced on the 20th of January 2023 and if you have read our last newsletter carefully, you would see that there has been so much that has been done, from the number of registrations to the number of those who has submitted KYC and most importantly, the number of people who has been refunded, there has been exponential growth in the system and we have been doing everything possible to restore the trust we have lost after the exploit happened and our decision to stay quiet about it for a long time.
We always welcome growth and we have been searching for ways to scale this program so we could hopefully wrap it up soon and focus on the next step for the HyperVerse Ecosystem and with this in mind, we performed a private survey from a pool of members who had been refunded and we asked them to give us full a little questionnaire about what convinced them to go through with the refund program and when we compiled the answers, they all seem to say the same thing….. “Testimonies from others who has withdrawn.”
OUR SOLUTION
We are proud to announce that we have added a new feature that would enable our community members that has been refunded to share their payment proof/testimonials with the community, this feature can be accessed in the menu from the user dashboard, we hope to see our refunded members(both old and new) share their testimonials and we promise share it in our telegram channel.
THE NEXT PHASE
We would unfortunately be sunsetting the refund program on the 31st of October 2023, we are eager to move on to the next phase for the HyperVerse Ecosystem and we would have to wind down the refund program.
