Hard infrastructure refers to the physical networks necessary for the functioning of a modern industry. This includes roads, bridges, railways, etc. Soft infrastructure refers to all the institutions that maintain the economic, health, social, environmental, and cultural standards of a country. This includes educational programs, official statistics, parks and recreational facilities, law enforcement agencies, and emergency services. I think with the above point we can now begins to imagine what the concept of this project will be as we proceed.
CONCEPT OF WHOLE EARTH FOUNDATION PROJECT.
This is a democratic infrastructural Company or establishment that through their effective tool, they are able to signal through the whole earth for fault discovery and also in-accessibility area like an isolated area where development tend to be lagging for them to developed for the suitable use by the mass present in such environment.
At the end of this project we assured that there will be an access to reach the entire earth without any restriction by the world under developed infrastructure.

3 Partnership: This allows certain individual or group who will be ready to partner or work with this company to achieve their goals and end up receiving a dividend for their various participation. This Dividend will be by cryptocurrency since the company is cryptocurrency powered by blockchain community.
