NIAGARA FALLS, NY (WGRZ) - The recent snap of bitter cold weather that's swept over most of the northern U.S. has left many areas frozen in time.
Niagara Falls State Park looks more like Narnia as the trees sparkle with ice and everything is white.
Visitors from all over the world flooded the frozen falls to take photos of the water freezing mid-air which created glittering icicles and bright white snow piles.
Temperatures are in single digits and wind chills plunged into the negative numbers.
Niagara Falls State Park is one of the only state parks in the country opened 24-7, 365 days a year, so anyone can catch a glimpse of the blizzard beauty at anytime.
