If you are touring Canada, it is not just a maple syrup you should try. Also look for good quality icewine, even if you are as avid as I am since the iced wine is much more than alcoholic beverages. It is an unforgettable infusion of sweetness and sap, the taste that lasts and the memory that is appreciated for future generations.
A small bottle of 375 ml can cost between $ 80 and 200 (depending on the age and wine quality) but probably will not regret the price because the experience is profound. Food lovers and wine connoisseurs respond to their "sweet and complex" taste.
Known as Eiswein in German, is a gourmet or dessert wine that is made from grapes that are frozen while still in Karma. The process of producing chilled wine from frozen grapes requires a lot of correctness. Ice Wine Facts
- Icewine is manufactured in Canada, Austria, New Zealand, Germany, Australia, Israel, and California.
- Sometimes the freezers are needed to do so because the external temperature during fermentation should be less than -8 degrees. Those made using refrigerators are called "wine from the refrigerator."
- Fermentation of icewine lasts nearly three months. Then they grow up in drums.
- Icewine is red, sparkling, white and golden; the flavor varies according to the color.
Serves and marries
Frozen wine is usually served in glasses that are used to help white wine.
- The optimum temperature at the time of service delivery should be about 10 degrees. It should not be too cold.
