Why Will SpringRole Be A Hit ICO? (Hit or Miss)

Decentralization is a worldwide movement that aims to correct and find solutions to societal problems in our world today. This figures only represents part of the problem, as it states that, there are further studies showing "around 1.4 billion people worldwide are in vulnerable jobs."

What The Facts Represent

Unemployed, underemployed people and the people in vulnerable jobs are always looking to seek new Jobs and new employment opportunities and while billions of opportunities exist, the process lacks real transparency and the current world labor market faces different challenges like favoritism, backchanneling, bribery, nepotism and more in the employment process.

SpringRole is disrupting the world's recruitment process, by creating a decentralized trust-based platform that creates a transparent network for all the millions of unemployed people worldwide, the billions of underemployed people and all the stakeholders involved in the recruitment process.
