The only purpose of ICOs is to make you part with your hard earned crypto. Just think for a moment what they are doing. They are asking your to send you valuable crypto in exchange for their shit coins.
Assume that ICOs are scams by default, then if you must, do your research and see if there is anything that would convince you otherwise.
