Today we will talk about the block-project, within which a platform will be launched that will unite the providers of various personal services and their customers in one ecosystem, within which they will have all the necessary tools for interaction with each other.

In this article, let's talk about what the idea of ​​the project is and tell you about each of the products that will be created within its framework, and in the next - we will give a concrete example of the application of the flyCARE solution in practice.

Idea

flyCARE is a project that will launch several products that together form one ecosystem in which the personal service providers and their customers can communicate with each other to schedule sessions and provide the same services. 

The providers of personal services include, first and foremost, physicians - nurses, dentists, ophthalmologists, veterinarians, masseurs, neurologists and psychiatrists, beauty professionals, manicure / pedicure specialists, hairdressers, barbers, make-up artists, tattoo artists, fitness trainers and many others specialists who can provide personal care services.

The main idea of ​​flyCARE is to provide customers with the opportunity to find a suitable personal service provider, to agree on the date and time of admission at home or in any other place. For the customer it is an opportunity to save time on the way to the salon, and for the master - the opportunity to work as a freelancer.

Let's talk about the tools that will be created within the flyCARE ecosystem to support customers and personal service providers.

HAPPYfly

If the user has already decided to get a certain service at home, then not to waste time searching for a suitable and reliable wizard on the Internet, you can use the convenient mobile application for Android and iOS, which was called HAPPYfly. 

The application interface looks like a directory in which the available wizards are presented in different categories. Choosing a specific provider of personal services, the user can rely on his rating and reviews from his previous clients. Having decided with a specific master, the user can specify the place of receiving the service (for example, his own house), and also assign a place and date.

flyPRO

The second mobile application is intended for service providers, which will most often be trainees and those masters who either do not have the opportunity to open their own salon / office, or do not want to depend on the work schedule and choose to work for themselves. 

Using flyPRO applications, the wizard can create a profile, upload your work portfolio, specify the services that it can provide, their description and cost. At the first stages of work, many masters are faced with the problem of purchasing the necessary equipment, in this connection they do not have a full opportunity to provide services and normally earn money on it. It was with the aim of supporting such users that the flyCARE team spent about 3 years developing flyBOX. 

This is a special equipment for various professions (hairdressers, dentists, manicure / pedicure masters and orthopedists), which is provided to the masters who registered in flyPRO absolutely free of charge. The peculiarity is that it consists of several boxes with the necessary equipment and devices that are compactly assembled to suitcase sizes.

The master has the ability to take equipment with him, transported on foot, transported by transport or using a special scooter. In any case, you can take everything you need with you and deploy a small showroom right in the client's house, having everything you need to provide quality services.
