1. Find professionals advisors - people who believe in your idea, could power your business, bring valuable contacts & so on.

2. Hire PR agency to support your "informational presence" (act like you're planning to do an IPO).

3. Create a business & financial model (you need a CFO for that!).

4. Create a development plan with the help of solid CTO.

5. Create a sells strategy: how you will acquire new markets, users & so on.

6. Hire CEM - Chief exchange manager - person who will be responsible for token liquidity: exchanges strategy, investor's support, token supply etc.

7. Create 100% agile culture within your team: SCRAM, weekly sprints, liquid development etc.

8. Create HR branding strategy - hire best people on the market (but before - create mature working environment).
