🔜 Membrana (MBN)
Membrana is a blockchain based trust management platform which is intended to bring traders and investors together to make mutually beneficial contracts. They will secure and control the whole process of concluding and executing a contract from beginning to the point of revenue gained by both parties.
Membrana will build a multi-beneficial ecosystem which is decentralised, transparent and secure. Their goal is to directly connect an investor and a trader while avoiding risks for both and making the transactions more profitable and safe. Ethereum Smart Contracts will be used to ensure trust management between investors and traders. On the Smart Contract account, an investor reserves a trader’s consideration in advance and the amount to be paid upon reaching the target profit. The consideration will be automatically paid to the trader upon the expiration of the contract terms and the receipt of income by the trader.
The Membrana platform will combine several exchanges by the usage of Application Programming Interface (API) that allows automatic transactions. Therefore, traders will be able to trade with a single terminal on any supported exchange. Membrana will not directly transfer the investors' funds to traders in any circumstances to make sure that the funds are safe . API keys will be stored on the Membrana platform in a secure database, also non-accessible for the traders. The platform is already working and can be tested in their beta stage here.
To get an overview of a trader and to make the decision making a bit easier, Investors will be able to see traders' reputation, profitability, contract amount, history of its trades made on Membrana platform and so on through the implemented trader selection function. Traders will further get rated on the platform. This rating system is based on a comprehensive analysis of the trader's past results. Therefore, it will be safer and more comfortable for investors to find a trader to invest their funds. Other than that, any user will also have the possibility to either join or create a trust fund with customised options.
Membrana ecosystem will have its own Ethereum based Membrana Token (MBN). The main system functions (trading through a single terminal on any supported exchange, suitable investor or trader selection, concluding a contract between the investor and the trader and contract support) will be free on the Membrana platform for those who use their MBN Token. There will also be additional functions available for users who have a corresponding number of MBN Tokens in their wallet.
