When the tele-presence service starts (immediately or at the future moment booked by the user) the ubiatar platform starts counting the minutes of tele-presence. At the end of the service, the users get the total cost of the connection and can confirm or file a complaint. When the service is settled (immediately or after a revision by ubiatar assistance personnel) the amount is transferred out of the user account and a portion of it is transferred into the Avatar’s account.
