Tokenomics
Global REIT is offering investors dual utility tokens, Global REIT Fund Manager Token (GREM) and Global REIT Asset Token (GRET). These tokens represent shares in the category that they are and will enable holders to have future access to all of Global REIT’s Assets under Management (AUM).
The total supply for GREM and GRET tokens are 200 million and 75 million respectively out of which only 79,285,714 and 16,650,000 respectively will be sold at the pre-ICO and public crowd sale.
