Keeping 60-75% of funds in cold storage is a really great feature to adress crypto users concerns after all those exchange hacks.
This feature together with being under insurance and FCA regulations would provide much higher security for remaining 25% in online wallet also.
The recent founder's new interview about LCCX seems trustworthy and well explanatory:

It is also good they are planing to buy back and destroy 50% of their tokens after launching the product (as seen in the end of the presentation):
