SF Media Holdings has become a fast-growing OTT business in Asia, which broadcasts local and international sports events to millions of fans every week and is on track to become one of the most valuable live video streams on the Asia platform in the region. With ICO, SF will enhance the user experience to the OTT platform. Enthusiasts will be able to participate and engage with fellow fans, favorite leagues and clubs when using SFT as a method of payment throughout the platform. GAME DAY PASSES
Game Day Passes are used to accelerate growth by utilizing fans of social media accounts and creating Viral loops using the Digital Stadium Marketing Engine (DSME). DSME, a set of tools developed by SF, acts for each DS as a content management system that utilizes fans' social media accounts that attend the game to open new levels of DS for better features. DSME empowers game days to pass, club growth models, and sponsorship models. In this model, fans can get SFT initially from the club and then from the sponsor to redeem the entrance ticket for the match day return to make a special post through the Game Day Pass marketing engine. Seed tokens given to the club will provide support to reach critical mass quickly to attract sponsors and advertisers. The mechanism of how game days passed are distributed creates a sustainable growth loop to bring new fans to the Digital Stadium through their social networking feed. SportsFix will be able to turn the fan base into a legion of early adopters of evangelization by creating the effect of self-marketing networks.
CLUB GROWTH MODEL
The club's growth model starts with buying a sports club / team to officially support them in the digital stadium (SuperFan). Clubs are provided with their own DSME allowing them to organize their own prize prizes at SFT to foster fan involvement. Clubs can assign tasks (e.g. Share embedded links to vote and register for digital season admission) and reward fans with bounty prizes that can be exchanged in their Club tokens for signatures, special player access events, and digital downloads. This will allow sports clubs to mobilize their fan base and utilize them to become AND's strong marketing team can encourage a higher Digital Season Passholder (DSP) subscription. These tasks create many opportunities for sports clubs to have the opportunity to have 1-to-1 direct involvement with their fans. Sports clubs are also provided with special dashboards on the SF platform to see their main data points as fan involvement, views and interactions, purchases, preferences and potential content ratings. This is realtime insight empowers the club to create a stronger reward system to encourage fans to continue to survive.
SPONSORSHIP MODEL
Club or place sponsors are always an expensive job. Stadium naming rights go for millions of dollars and long-term contract requirements. With brands looking for new ways to engage fans and consumers, our DS economy creates unique opportunities for sponsors to "micro sponsor" our DS or specific digital content for short periods (Season, Weekend, Match) at a fraction of traditional sponsorship costs . This model will take effect after the club's growth model has been successfully implemented. By establishing a fanbase and audience, sponsors will want the opportunity to engage with fans. DS economy allows sponsors to engage with a fan base (eg surveys, watching advertisements, etc.) by buying match days past or appreciating them by paying a portion of the ticket. This creates a new "fan and sponsor" relationship where sponsors can buy match day tickets for fans to enjoy the game.
MICRO-ADVERTISING MODEL
The micro advertising model introduces a pay-per-view system that will be adjusted based on a number of various metrics such as sports genre, demography, frequency, and location. This model is especially beneficial for small and medium micro advertisers who focus on CPM exposure. Advertisers decide on the spending limit and are only billed by the displayed ad. Ads consist of banner and video ads that can be adjusted when to display. CLOSED MODEL
Multi-storey digital stadium based on group attendance. Although digital stadiums can theoretically have almost unlimited capacity, stadiums are used to incentivize their respective fan bases to watch streaming together. When the fan base community grows, they collectively as a group go up the level of digital stadiums to unlock innovative stadium features to enhance their viewing experience.
Bronze, Silver, Gold And Platinum Stadium
Growing a fan base allows you to unlock special features at each level. Algorithm formulas are used for each game to determine levels. The formula calculates the projected content costs for games, feature costs, and hosting costs. The stadium is multi-level with costs and divided by the number in attendance.This formula optimizes which digital stadiums will open for the fan base based on this metric. At a minimum, bronze stadiums will be available for season digital passholders (see further below) for each game because they are registered in seasonal subscriptions and help release content. To ensure parity between the sports club fan base, the formula will also consider the main metrics clubs that include regional market sizes, social media followers to determine how much each community needs before being upgraded to the next level. SF will promote the product development market driver with our user base using this model. Our users are empowered to unlock the features they want to see and use. An ongoing delivery approach will be applied to create the best customized experience that is specifically curated for the user.
Bronze Stadium
The bronze stadium is a basic stadium and provides a standard OTT streaming experience alongside special features. The stadium continues to be opened for our digital season pass holders.
Silver Stadium
The silver stadium has full basic features opened to a fan base that includes gaining loyalty and entering group leaderboard competitions with other digital stadiums. Users in this stadium will have an active SFT wallet where they can collect loyalty points and get tokens. Fan base that opens the silver stadium lock will
Golden Stadium
The golden digital stadium retains all the features of the silver stadium and allows users to enjoy 5 customized features in their digital stadium experience.
Platinum Stadium
When the digital platinum stadium opened the open market. The market allows users to exchange the loyalty points they get. The platinum digital stadium allows users to access all special features!
Superfan Stadium
The SuperFan Stadium is a Digital Stadium that is officially supported by a sports club. The stadium is independent of the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum stadiums. Here users have access to special content produced by the club that requires player interviews, behind the scenes, and special access content. That SuperFan Stadium can cover the full spectrum of digital content by allowing access to the club's right to their live streaming and supplemented with the additional content they produce. Sports clubs will allocate the specified number of SFT to be distributed to their fan base. The number of tokens distributed is based on the size of the market addressed by fans (eg location, social media below etc.). Fans who receive this token will automatically be placed in the SuperFan Bronze Stadium while fans who have digital seasonal pass holders are automatically upgraded to Silver SuperFan Stadium.
INDIVIDU GAME DAY PASSHOLDER (ALA-CARTE MODEL)
Casual fans who watched intermittently can pay a one-day matches with a fiat currency using a variety of payment solutions (eg, telecommunications and retail distribution partners that are described in the Partners section below) .m They will not enjoy the full benefits of the stadium features such as gain loyalty points or SFT without registering for the SFT wallet and will be restricted to the bronze stadium.
DIGITAL SEASON PASSHOLDER (SUBSCRIPTION MODEL)
Passholder season digital (DSP) usually represents dedicated fans and allows them to follow their favorite clubs / sports clubs for the entire season. These DS season ticket holders will be entitled to special promotions, status recognition, and opportunities for their initial registration in releasing content. DSP will get SFT throughout and at the end of the season based on their level of involvement and how they do DS (the stadium fanbase growth). After DSP enters the stadium, they will determine how much they are willing to pay or "share" their favorite sports content using SFT. They will do this by choosing their favorite content they want to see released into a digital stadium. The voting action registers users to subscriptions for content this season. This token is then locked into a smart contract until sports content is released and streamed into the DS. Tokens are held in a transparent system to pay SF to view content and if the target rate subscription is not reached, the token is released back to the user. This DSP user base will have an SFT wallet and passport that will allow them to be identified, involved, and rewarded by SF and their favorite clubs.
