If you have:
Sent ETH from a different wallet address than what is registered during KYC
1-1 sent from a different PERSONAL wallet address or;
1-2 sent from an exchange wallet address, not a personal addressRegistered the wallet address of the exchange during KYC
For above cases, you cannot receive the ZPER tokens. This is because we have implemented an automatic transaction recording and token distribution system that uses Etherscan API.
If you apply to one of the cases above, please email [email protected] through the email you’ve registered with on our website for a status modification request. In the email, please attach a screenshot/picture of the transaction page from a different wallet (in case of 1-1) or from a different exchange wallet that clearly shows the logo of the exchange (in case of 1-2). We have to be able to see the logo of the exchange. If you cannot see this on your mobile, please try on a PC. In all of the cases above, the KYC procedure needs to take place one more time.
