Abstract ideas are a threat in the modern age.

I regard the greatest threat of the modern age, not that of dangerous ideas, but of abundance of shells of ideas with nothing inside.

Phrases like, "Freedom of speech doesn't mean freedom from consequences." are never followed with a coherent articulation of what the consequences should be, when they're appropriate, and when any offender has sufficiently paid for his or her alleged sin. Most people who say, "Trans women are women." won't actually define the word that they used twice in that declaration. It's a declaration with no meaning.

It's both unprovable and irrefutable because it's a useless statement.

It's been the tactic of totalitarians for much longer than I've been on this earth to deal in abstractions, to complicate the obvious, to make it impossible to refute their ideas by making it impossible for people to know what the hell they're saying.
