What are IDF rules of engagement concerning enemy media buildings, personals and families?

I think it is an interesting question.

So it is clear that so called journalists and media organizations are enemy combatants (as seen in the rape and invasion of europe, or the assault against trump). of course they don't wear an uniform. And I don't believe in their so called "press" sign. It makes a long time they don't report facts and have morphed into political operatives.

So from a realistic and pragmatist perspectives, those enemy combatants must be targeted, systematically, their families and offices and all support infrastructure they may need (multi tapping).

So I am curious to hear what is the actual policy and how it can be extended to include the "journalists".
