Why did Benzion Mileikowsky change his name to Benzion Netanyahu ?

After Nathan took the family to Mandate Palestine (aliyah) in 1920, the family name eventually was changed to Netanyahu.

Isn't it problematic toward nathan? anyway just a question...

What do the fake muslims occupiers of the mount to the river and beyond think of it?
