Aliens and UFO's Oh My!

The reality of 'contact' is not a modern theme. Humanity has been describing and leaving traces of their presence around for thousands of years. It is found in the art and literature of ancient civilizations from the Sumerians to the Egyptians, Greeks and Romans as well as Native Americans. These testimonials have been carved into stone and landscapes all over the world.

The view that UFOs/aliens are to be ridiculed or from the imagination is largely a modern state of mind and isolated to western cultures, primarily the U.S. However, many countries and cultures embrace the idea and speak openly about it without experiencing careers and reputations being ruined, shortened lifespan or having the infamous MIB (Men in Black) showing up at their door.

Imma believer! As are a good percentage (upwards of 60+%) of the greater public. That number is increasing due to the rise in UFO cases that have made headlines over the years and personal experiences/sightings which seem to be ever-increasing. Personally, I don't know anyone that hasn't had some kind of UFO sighting or experience or has a family member that has.

My Personal experiences:

Living in Washington, DC at age 12, we had a gathering of 20 or so parents and kids outside. We were in the process of cleaning up when above our heads a flying saucer appeared! Flying saucer mania was not part of the culture at this time, so it wasn't an instant reaction to this craft hovering above our heads. There was a general sense of stunned, wonderment...no one spoke a word. Then I had to say it, "That's a flying saucer, right?" This seemed to break the silence and we all started commenting and marveling at it. It was so close above our heads that we could actually see it spinning and its metallic sheathe reflecting the sunlight. Not only that, it was also changing colors...blues and then pinks. It was as if it was there communicating with us. "Hello Earthlings!" A couple of the younger kids started calling out colors for it to change to. Interestingly enough, in reflecting on this memory, I do not remember it going away...I just remember it hovering above us for a very long time. There was nothing negative about this experience. It was actually pretty cool! No one panicked, no one was scared.

This video was taken in January, 2014. My kids and I were coming home from some evening event and we saw this strange formation in the sky so we pulled over to watch it. My oldest son wanted to record it so he used my cell phone. I thought he was just taking photos as you can hear me say in the video. Given that the boys were so young, I didn't want them to be scared, so you can also hear me give an explanation that it is probably a procession of planes accompanying the President. ;) My oldest son was definitely not buying that ;) These craft didn't make any sound whatsoever and then proceeded to disappear as they moved closer to us. The cell phone is then mysteriously drained of power.

Between these personal experiences, much research and having friends within the world of UFO investigation, there is absolutely no doubt that we are being visited and that we are not dealing with 'WEATHER BALLOONS!'.

The evidence is overwhelming massive for anyone that is truly curious or for the large percentage of the population that has had their own experience. My intention is not to dredge up the entire ocean of cases (although fascinating), but to draw the reader into a more relevant issue of what this means and what next.....for humanity/this planet/the future.

That said, leaving out the pop-culture of aliens and sci-fi blitz attached to this topic, at the very core are some fundamental and very important questions we need to ask and pay closer attention to.

I do think it is an incredibly important topic due the implications involved. In fact, I may go a little further in saying that a lot of our world's problems (at least in part) stem from this topic. Therefore, I propose the following as the baseline for needed discussion:

What changes could we expect from contact in regard to:

• Technological advancement
• Benevolence or malevolent visitors
• Science, technology, religion, politics, and ecosystems

Given that 'Contact' has occurred and that our government(s) are involved:

• How has this effected humanity?
• What is the agenda of these visitors?
• How many different types of visitors do we have?
• What is our government/other governments role in covering this up and why?
• What kind of technologies do these visitors have and how are they being used?
• Is there any rational oversight or checks and balances in place to prevent abuse of power?

Concerns I have:

• Who is representing humanity and all life on this planet?
• Who gets to make the decisions on how this advanced technology is used?
• Who gets to decide who is friend or foe?
• Who gets to decide our future based on the implications sited above?

In order to answer this, we need to take a step back in time to where it all began....buckle up!

The Battle of Los Angeles, February 26, 1942

"The Battle of Los Angeles" (as it was so aptly named) happened before Roswell. In fact there were many other incidents before the Roswell crash. So substantial was the Culver City (LA) event that 1400+ rounds were fired upon the 'object', killing 6 civilians on the ground. This would last approximately an hour. Witnesses were forced to sign non-disclosure documents or risk being fined $10,000 for telling their stories.

According to the LA Times:

"The most controversial war episode that has occurred since Pearl Harbor" - Kyle Palmer (LA Times)

• Military whistle-blowers would later allege 3 ships were brought down during this battle of which the contents and two surviving beings were taken to Area 51 (Yes, Area 51 existed 1942!).

While the Army's Western Defense Command in San Francisco initially attributed the incident to "unidentified planes" over Southern California, the secretary of the Navy said the event was the result of "war nerves" and a false alarm. It wasn't until 1983, more than 40 years later, that the military concluded that the incident was possibly caused by a drifting weather balloon.

This event would mark the beginning of controlled propaganda to the public. One could postulate that perhaps this was understandable due to the panic after the "War of the Worlds" broadcast.

Yet, if we were being visited that day, I don't think we made a very good impression, do you?! They might even think we are a hostile civilization. Granted, this was 87 days after Pearl Harbor so tensions were high.

This would mark the beginning of deep changes within our government, military and secrecy. Although I do not think, initially, these changes were meant to take the trajectory they would eventually take, they certainly did open the door to the power of the Presidency (and our democracy) to be thwarted and dismantled in the name of 'national security'. Granted, it was a paranoid time - on one hand, we had several instances of 'alien' crashes and visitations and on the other hand we were barely out of World War II. What would you do? It had to be managed, investigated and dealt with.

THE OFFICIAL STORY - WEATHER BALLOON

According to an FBI FOIA document dated March 22, 1950, written by Guy Hottel (then head of our field office in Washington, D.C.) to Director J. Edgar Hoover - "3 flying saucers were retrieved as well as two alien bodies": Source

“They [the saucers] were described as being circular in shape with raised centers, approximately 50 feet in diameter. Each one was occupied by three bodies of human shape but only three feet tall, dressed in metallic cloth of a very fine texture. Each body was bandaged in a manner similar to the blackout suits used by speed fliers and test pilots.”

According to Dr. Steven Greer, one craft went down in Socorro, NM which was very intact unlike the other 2.

[What Truman was probably referring to was the establishment of the military industrial complex and creation of Majestic 12.]

By the time, Dwight D. Eisenhower took office in 1953, he inherited established secret UFO/ET projects, a space and weapons program and a restructured power structure. Having been a WWII military hero, his view on the topic came from that of 'national security' so his actions aligned with keeping this secret and military involvement. What Eisenhower did not anticipate was that keeping this outside of public and congressional scrutiny, was setting a dangerous precedent that would soon set the U.S. and that of the rest of the world on a different course.

It has been reported by many high ranking officials working with Eisenhower, that he met with different alien species and a treaty was formed with one in particular. The treaty allegedly afforded this species with certain liberties in exchange for advanced technology. What a mind-blowing claim! It is also claimed in testimony by these same officials that at the end of Eisenhower's Presidency, he was so frustrated by the lack of information and power he had about 'what was really going on within these deep projects', that he threatened to send in the National Guard to Area 51.

One such high ranking official was:
Colonel Phil Corso Intelligence Officer, member of President Eisenhower's National Security Council; Head of Foreign Technology in Army Research and Development at the Pentagon; In charge of the Roswell Files, the cache of UFO parts and information; National Security specialist staff to U.S. Senators James Eastland and Strom Thurmond;Col Corso also had all the clearances past top clearance including (but not limited to) crypto clearance and satallite; Author of "The Day After Roswell" - Worked under Eisenhower and claims that Eisenhower participated in a treaty with ETs .

Presidents that have followed, have either been briefed or not briefed on the alien situation. But it is very clear that all Presidents that have followed have very limited, compartmentalized knowledge.

Richard Dolan:

"According to our best estimates, more than half of all U.S. government records are classified. For an archivist seeking to preserve and understand our history, that means most of our history is kept secret from us, think about that for a moment”

Richard Dolan also states that these secret programs are so far removed from our reality, that a 'breakaway civilization' has occurred. The technology is so advanced that it would be a 100 years or more ahead of what we can even imagine.

This is a comical rendition of the abduction experience, but if you dive into this topic, you'll find it is anything but comical. Prior to the 1950's, there were very few incidents of abductions and those that did take place did not have the negative effects that abductions from the 50's onward displayed. Nor have there been quite the number of abduction cases in other parts of the world (very few in comparision). I find this very odd. By the time, the 1980's rolled around, there were so many cases of abductions (mostly by the Greys as they have become known) that there were a steady stream of movies, documentaries and books in constant circulation. Without explanation of why this was occurring and the general fear of the public, people started creating their own investigative groups to explain the phenomenon.

Secret Projects:

• Project Sign (1947 to 1949) - Created to acquire as much information as possible about UFO. Some of Sign's personnel including director Robert Sneider, favored the extraterrestrial hypothesis as the best explanation for UFO reports.
