Why does it suck?
It sucks because they manage their customers like shit.
- They have no email support or case tracking possibility. You can't create a case electronically, at all.
- You can't even call them and expect to talk to anyone with knowledge of your problem.
- They don't use IFC tools. You can't use any standardized IFC tool to work with BIM objects of their products and use this as basis for quotation, transport, planning, implementation, etc.
These issues are fundamental and it shows that they don't really care about you. For my next kitchen, I will go with HTH, because they atleast provide email support (no issue tracking, unfortunately) and BIM modules. They also provide technician/engineer level support for your IFC drawings.
