Still, one thing that's standing out to me just from what I've seen from the booth is the resolution of the black and white IMAX shots.
I figured that Kodak wouldn't develop a completely new black and white film stock just for one movie -- even for a Nolan film. Turns out that I figured partly right. It's the same 200ISO Double-X 5222 emulsion, apparently with a few tweaks to make it work with the IMAX cameras. This is the first time black and white film was used in the 15/70 format, and it's been decades since it was run through 5-perf 70mm cameras.
Bottom line though, this film stock was introduced in 1959. It's been around for nearly sixty-five years, and it looks absolutely fantastic on that massive screen.
