Let all non American nation be reminded that the only reason America is the top of the food chain
is their nuclear arsenal. The world once thought of America as a beacon of hope in a world of turmoil.
Now, without superior military might they are losing respect and relevance. Hey, China has the blue prints
for most of America's weapons and they are replicating it faster and cheaper than they can keep up with. More importantly they are learning to defend against it.
