The Dems and the seven Repubs who voted to convict must have really not wanted to hear from Trump's witnesses if they brought the proceedings to a speedy conclusion, eh?
I wasn't following it, but I never fully understood the charges. Regardless, the prosecution doesn't typically fear the defense witnesses if he feels his case is solid.
Whatevs. It's all smoke-and-mirrors, vindictive positioning and distractive narrative-driving nowadays in that insane city that is now drunk on its own power.
It is interesting that the Dems are the ones claiming they "Feared for their lives because of Trumps Rhetoric", yet...what he had called on people to do was to "Talk to the Repubs in the House/Senate, make your voices heard", He wrote the Dems off completely in his speech...basically told people to ignore them.
People need to stop acting like hypocrites and spend more time addressing the immediate issues at hand. We can start with figuring out how to hit the 100 million vaccinations in first 100 days of Biden's presidency.
