The Case for the Impeachment of Trump

in impeachtrump •  7 years ago  (edited)

In 1998 the US House of Representatives initiated impeachment of President Bill Clinton on two charges: Perjury and Obstruction of Justice.

Perjury is willfully and intentionally telling an untruth under oath.

Obstruction of Justice is the crime of obstructing prosecutors or other (usually government) officials

I submit the following as evidence for the initiation of Impeachment of President Trump.

He committed Perjury at his inauguration when he spoke the words … and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States

I submit he has not supported Amendment I of the Constitution which states:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of thepress; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances

On Dec. 10, 2016 Trump tweeted … FAKE NEWS … thus proving he had in his mind at the time of Oath of Office his constant and intentional disregard for Amendment I of the Constitution of the United States of America.

He committed Obstruction of Justice by tweeting on Sep. 22 2017 The Russia Hoax continues, now it’s ads on Facebook … If the Investigators are evaluating those ads then this post by the President of the United States is by definition Obstructing Justice.
