Dental Check Up - IMU Intern

The more you read on my posts, the more you will know about me.

I am a resourceful person who is able to find the affordable and reasonable price for almost everything. :D

FYI, International medical university offers a cheaper rate for dental checkup visit if you prefer an intern as your dentist. This is to provide more practical experiences for their going-to-graduate students. Of course, the drawback is it will take more time to inspect and conduct treatment. So I would only advise you if you have plenty of time. :)

For first timer, you just need to pay a visit and make an appointment at the counter. The lady at the counter will ask if you want to have a doctor or student as your inspector. Well, it depends on your comfortability and confidence level on their students on who to choose.

Based on my experiences, the student who examined for me is quite well-performed. She is considerate of if I am feeling painful. She consulted her lecturers before and after the treatment. For your information, I paid a visit for cleaning at my first time, then I was arranged for a second visit for treatment which is filling. Overall, I am quite satisfied with her service, despite the longer hours (two hours) compared to professional dentist. But it is in my expectation and I am prepared for it.

IMU is well-equipped in terms of tools and facilities as shown as below.

These are all sterilized for every patient because she was unpacking it when I reached. So no worry on the hygiene issue.
