As a child I used to eat chips made from peeled potatoes, however in thew last few years I was making my chips slightly differently. I do wash and dry my potatoes, do not peel them as the most beneficial part is actually in the skin of the potatoes.
And to be perfectly honest taste is better. Served with Himalayan salt or like you fancy but I definitely prefer them served like that.Enjoy the new way of eating potatoes and let me know what you think :)
