Timpan Labu Kuning isi Kelapa

hallo steemit sekarang aku akan membagikan resep bagaimana cara membuat kue timpan. Timpan adalah salah satu kue tradisional Indonesia khususnya Aceh. Nah biasanya kue timpan banyak di buat pada waktu tertentu seperti pada hari raya idul fitri maupun idul adha. Saya sendiri sangat menyukai kue timpan karena rasanya yang kenyal dan manis. Isi dari timpan pun ada berbagai varian rasa mulai dari durian,pisang,kelapa,srikaya, dll.
Cara membuat kue timpan
Bahan :

  • 1 Labu Kuning
  • Kelapa parut
  • Daun pucuk pisang di potong berebentuk persegi empat
  • 4 lembar daun pandan
  • 450cc Santan
  • Gula dan Garam (sesuai selera)
  • Minyak sayur
  • Tepung ketan
    Cara membuat kue Timpan
  • Langkah pertama yaitu membuat isi dari kue timpan. Masukan kelapa parut kedalam wajan, tambahkan sedikit air, gula sesuai selera, garam secukupnya dan 2 lembar daun pandan. Aduk sampai matang hingga semua bahan tercampur merata dengan kelapa.
  • Langkah kedua masukan potongan labu kuning ke dalam panci, tambahkan santan, gula sesuai selera, garam secukupnya dan 2 lembar daun pandan. Aduk hingga labu menjadi lunak.
  • Langkah ketiga membuat adonan kue timpan. Pertama lunakan labu kuning yang sudah dimasak tadi secukupnya dan campurkan dengan tepung ketan kemudian aduk adonan hingga menajdi lembut. Ambil daun pisang yang sudah di potong kemudian oleskan minyak sayur, kemudian tipiskan adonan labu diatas daun pisang yang sudah dioleskan minyak sayur, lalu masukan kelapa parut yang sudah di masak tadi secukupnya dan gulung daun pisang lalu di bungkus. Lakukan seperti itu sampai adonan kue timpan habis. Setelah itu kukus kue timpan selama kurang lebih 20 menit. Setelah matang kue timpan siap di sajikan dan di makan.
