Giottus is a new peer to peer exchange that offers cryptocurrency trading opportunity in India. It is founded by two IIM Calcutta alumni and plans to offer an excellent trading platform for everyone from India.
They are currently offering Bitcoin, Litecoin, XRP, Bitcoin Cash, and Ethereum as base pairs and also offer support for INR.
Many new cryptocurrency exchanges are starting up in India and some of the existing ones are offering p2p systems for buying/selling crypto for Indian Rupee.

I happened to stumble into this and will be giving it a try in the near future. Meanwhile, it seems be operating quite reliably as I found some discussion over this earlier today in a closed crypto group.
Some of the things they are offering such as P2P Guarantee and Masked Call Service are an industry first in India.
If you decide to go ahead and use their services, please don't forget to share your feedback in a post or in the comment below.
It's great that many new small scale startups are venturing into this space. I think by end of this year there will be over 20 exchanges operating in India.

But how will this survive the regulations?

I believe the regulations in India might cause a drawback for a short while, but in the long run, they will not be able to stop it. You might control the water for a while, but then, in the end, it will break the barriers and a major flood will be the result!
While waiting for the barriers to break, I clearly believe that P2P solutions like Giottus will be the solutions worth using!

@firepower but last hearing is on 20 July in supreme court of India. what you think after that ban will remain same?

That's the next hearing date. We don't know if it's the last. RBI's decision doesn't do much more than slowing down the rate at which people can enter and exit the market as some exchanges offered instant deposit and instant withdrawal. Trading is going on just fine and prices will improve over time if the ban remains until regulations come. We'll know soon enough. I will update when there is more info available.

The Ban on BTC in India would only mean that you can’t directly Exchange Crypto with the Indian Fiat...Tho you could do so successfully via International Market. As far as P2P function is concerned, well I think it would not see any restrictions if the Govt only bans direct INR to Crypto Exchange, But then again it would be absurd to merely keep your Crypto in a Wallet where you can’t Exchange it into Fiat. However, Govt can render complete closure of these Indian Ex anytime.
