Friends and government

We do not have long history or tradition to fall back upon to preserve our nationhood. The alternative is to give more authority and financial resources and power to districts and villages.
In other word, we give powers directly to the people in the villages, by passing the politicians at the Provincial or State capitals. There is no conflicts or contradictory in this approach and I regard it as an imaginative solution. Already, under the 73rd Amendment of the Constitution of 1992.
