Today's recipe is Gond ka laddu. This laddu from gond is made specially in winter season. It gives heat and energy to the body.
Here we start.
Gond comes in many forms, if they are too large then break them into small peices. Pour ghee in kadhai and heat.
Put little gond at a time and fry on a low flame. It will puffs up like a popcorn in ghee.
Once gond is fried takes out in a plate
Now fry the wheat flour in the left over ghee, till it's turns pink, make sure that the flour doesnot burn and keep stirring continuously.
Cut almonds, pista, cashewnuts into small peices and crush some elaichi.
Now add the fry gond to the flour and mix well.
Put powder sugar, the pieces of dry fruits and elaichi.
Mix all the ingredients properly with hands.
Take little amount of mixture in your hand at a time and make a round laddu of it.
