Today I want to share bharwan shimla mirch(capsicum) with you all guys.
In this recipe capsicum are stuffed with boiled mashed potatoes.
Here it is...
First boil the potatoes. Peel and mash them well.
Slice the top of the capsicum, remove the seeds.
In a bowl add cumin seed powder,turmeric powder, red chilli powder, asafeotida, dry mango powder, salt and chopped coriander leaves.
Now with a spoon or hand stuff the potato mixture in the capsicum.
Saute them in a pan or a kadhai. Cover the pan and keep the gas on low flame. Keep changing the sides of the capsicum so that the side are cooked well till we get golden and wrinkled capsicum.
Serve it with Roti's.
