Preparation of vegetable biryani

Hello today I have attempted to create simple vegetable biryani. So here it is..
First soak the basmati rice in water for 15min.

Cut all the vegetables in medium size not into very small pieces.
Prepare fried onions in a pan over medium flame.
Add sliced onions, ginger garlic paste, peppercorn, cardamom and cumin seeds. Stir fry them until onion start to turn brown.

Now add all the chopped vegetables like french beans, green peas, carrot, potatoes. Mix well and cook until veggies are almost cooked.

Add half cup beaten curd , red chilli powder, turmeric, salt, cumin coriander powder and garam masala, stir for 1 min. Mix well.

Now for rice
After 15 min of soak drain water and pour 3 cups of water in a deep pan and bring it to boil. When it comes to boil, add trained rice, green cardamom, black cardamom, cloves, cinamon and salt. Boil for 8 mins. Shouldnot over cook the rice.

Drain the excess water from the rice.

Mix the rice with vegetables and if you want you can sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot.
