The community of Steemit user in India is 5th biggest community in the world may be the next STEEM fest 5 will organized in India.
Community of Pakistan is very small that's why this can not be organized in Pakistan.
First STEEM fest was organized in Amsterdam in 2016.
Second STEEM fest was organized in Lisbon in 2017
Third STEEM fest was organized in Krakow in 2018
Now this fourth STEEM fest is organized in Bangkok on 6/7/8/9/10 November 2019
